Montandor Andorra
Montandor Andorra, S.L.U. is a commercial company under Andorran law, established in Escaldes-Engordany, dedicated to distributing the Securit® brand and Montandor products across Southern Europe. Our purpose: bringing high-quality signage to the counters of cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels and discerning tables in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Switzerland.
Montandor Andorra was incorporated in 2024 as a Societat Limitada Unipersonal (S.L.U.), the typical corporate form within the Andorran business landscape. The company is part of a European expansion strategy led by Mountain Capital Group, a private holding company for which Montandor Andorra acts as the commercial operator on the Southern-European Securit® market.
Operations rely on a logistics warehouse located in Grisolles (Tarn-et-Garonne, France), operated by our 3PL partner Philea Solutions, and on an enterprise-grade ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Mission
Distribute Securit® and Montandor products with rigour — product quality, delivery commitments honoured, transparent pricing, responsive customer service. We address hospitality professionals and discerning private buyers directly. Operational promise: 24-72 h delivery in France, same-day warehouse dispatch for any order validated before 1 p.m.
Governance
Montandor Andorra is led by Mr Wouter Meijboom, as Sole Director. Strategic decisions (strategy, capital operations, shareholder matters) are taken in coordination with Mountain Capital Group. The company applies governance standards aligned with European best practice in operational transparency, data protection and commercial responsibility.
