Right of withdrawal (14 days)

The consumer Client has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without giving reasons. Detailed conditions (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, exclusions for customised products, standard form) are set out in §7 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

How to return a product

1. Contact us at info@montandor.com indicating the order number and reason for return.
2. We confirm authorisation and tell you the dispatch procedure (a prepaid return label is provided in case of defect or non-conformity).
3. Send the product, unused and in its original packaging, to the address:

4. Once the return is received and checked, we process the refund under the conditions set out below.

Who pays the return shipping?

• Defective or non-conforming product: return shipping costs are fully covered by Montandor. A prepaid label is sent by email.
• Client withdrawal or order error: return shipping costs are borne by the Client, who is free to choose any carrier.

Refund timing and terms

The refund is paid no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method as the original order. Pursuant to Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, Montandor may defer the refund until the returned product is actually received or until the Client provides proof of return shipment, whichever event occurs first. In case of a partial return, the refund is calculated pro rata.

Exclusions

Excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code: custom-made or personalised products (personalised Securit® engravings, non-standard dimensions), as well as goods which cannot be re-shipped for hygiene reasons (where applicable).

Standard form

You may use the following text to notify your withdrawal:

"I hereby notify my withdrawal from the contract relating to order n° […] placed on […] on boutique.montandor.fr. Name: […]. Address: […]. Date: […]."
