All orders are shipped by Montandor Andorra S.L.U. (registered office: Av. de les Nacions Unides 40, Edifici Monday – Oficina 211, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra) from our French logistics warehouse in Grisolles (82170).
Preparation time
Any order placed and paid before 13:00 (Paris time) on a business day is handed to the carrier the same day. The final delivery time depends on the carrier and service selected at checkout; the estimated delivery time is shown before payment.
Carriers
Orders are entrusted to our selected logistics partners (Chronopost, Colissimo, DPD, Mondial Relay, UPS, FedEx, DHL and other partners depending on the destination). In the cart we offer up to three home-delivery options — economy, standard and express — as well as a relay-point option where available. The applicable carrier is confirmed at checkout.

Deliveries outside the EU and customs
For deliveries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Andorra, etc.), any customs duties and local taxes are borne by the recipient and collected by the carrier on arrival, according to the regulations of the destination country.
